Hi, I’m Aneta

I practice “whole person therapy”, which means examining mental and physical health as well as your beliefs, interests and habits. 

I have dedicated my life to supporting individuals, parents and families in transforming their mindsets and creating lasting change. I help people unearth and overcome the obstacles that are getting in the way of living life to their full potential.

Through our sessions, I have a better understanding of how my words and tone impact my daughter's reactions. By remaining calm and rephrasing from 'no', our overall daily interactions have improved immensely. I have been able to step back and realize that she wasn't helping around the house/doing chores because she lacked incentive. The suggestion of responding to her asks with "of course you can have a snack, I just need a hand putting away the dishes" or "you can go to the park, could you put your laundry away first" has been a blessing!
